  • Please make sure all payments include your HA/ES reference
  • Please inform us of ANY interruptions to your payments.  We need to know our budget to make loans to our next applicants so this is very important.
  • If a payment is missed, we will call your Guarantor if we are unable to contact you.
  • Please inform us of any changes to your phone/email/address details
