Volunteering with HOMELINK

Volunteers provide a vital part of our service. From time to time we will advertise on this page specific volunteer roles that we are recruiting to.

 Volunteer roles

Volunteers are involved in a number roles.

Currently we are only taking on Events Volunteers to help with periodic functions that we host to promote and fundraise for HOMELINK. An Events Volunteer Role Description can be obtained HERE

Applying to volunteer with HOMELINK

 All Volunteers will be able to have an informal discussion about a role before applying.

Volunteer applicants will be asked to complete a simple application form setting out their interest in applying and their skills / experience in relation to the role being advertised, and to provide two references. This will be followed by a relatively informal interview with two HOMELINK representatives.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for all volunteers undertaking roles which involve contact with clients / or a client’s personal information.
