Our Trustees

Ros is a solicitor and a senior partner in a large international law firm. A resident of Lewes for over forty years, Ros enjoys giving HOMELINK the benefit of her extensive legal and business experience.

Christine was a member of the Action Group which helped to set up HOMELINK in 1998.   Having retired from a post as Head of Department in a secondary school, she has been a trustee ever since, serving as Secretary to the Board and Management Committee.

Hugh is the lead trustee for HOMELINK’s financial governance. He is a chartered accountant who brings to HOMELINK a wealth of experience from his long career in finance. Hugh recognises the value of HOMELINK’s service in helping clients overcome the difficulties they face securing homes locally.

Jane joined HOMELINK in 2017 after retiring from a career in IT Services. Alongside being part of the Management Committee, Jane’s passion is raising awareness of the amazing work of HOMELINK through better engagement with the local community via fundraising events and social media.

Jacqueline Parsons is the minster at Newhaven Baptist Church that runs a foodbank and provides shower and laundry facilities for those in need. Jacqueline believes everyone deserves a safe place to call home and supports HOMELINK as a trustee because of the services provided that help make this possible.

Joanna has been in frontline roles for over 20 years working as a teacher and in office administration. In addition to her role as a trustee, Joanna manages HOMELINK’s small grants programme, which helps those in need access household essentials, and is dedicated to helping alleviate poor housing conditions..
